ECHO On is a valuable medical education resource dedicated to Transesophageal Echocardiography. It offers a comprehensive suite of tools, including an expanding question bank, a Rescue TEE cognitive aid, a Case Log system suitable for NBE submission, and an evolving perioperative Quick Reference library. The library comprises offline echo loops for seamless use in the operating room, featuring pathology examples, techniques, and normal heart loops for reference.

ECHO On guides users through a complete standard 28-view exam, providing detailed insights into anatomy, function, and Doppler interrogations required at each view. Users also gain knowledge on interpreting these findings.

Remaining free to access, ECHO On encourages user participation by inviting submissions of boards-style questions or echo stills and loops to enhance the QBank, Quick Reference, and Pathology libraries.
